I've had best repsonse from a regular newspaper add. This is followed by postcard mailings, then bandit signs.

3 best sources are in order.
1. My web site, I have the best name possible so I get a lot of traffic and work hard at making it rank high.
2. Direct mail to probate, evictions and out of town owners.
3. Television during certain times. Beginning of each month and quarter before the card dealers ads have started to take over the airwaves and when rates are the chepest.
The other great sources is networking with others from real estate investment clubs.

I have a question ibuyhomes how long has your website been up? Have you heard of being banned from search engines for the "hidden" spam text on the home page?
Marketing a website takes more then topic related text in light colors so small it is not readable. Don't be fooled by all the tricks out there, once your site gets tagged as a "Text Spammer" it will be slammed to the bottom of the barrel and getting back to the top is a very hard road!
I did a code review of your site - Not having info on your PPC or relative link placement does not give a full picture however if your ranking is based mostly on content I'm sorry to say, any rankings you have are mostly luck - no more no less and will be gone as soon as you get tagged . . .
